Evidentum uses a prepaid balance model. Each notarization request costs $0.10 USD. If you choose to store files with Evidentum, a one-time evidence custody fee applies based on your chosen retention period ($0.50–$15.00 per file). No subscriptions, no hidden charges.
What is the minimum top-up amount?
The minimum amount to add to your balance is $5.00 USD. You can add more at any time.
What's included in the Integration Package?
The Integration Package is a done-for-you service where Dmitrii Zatona, the creator of ATL Protocol, personally integrates Evidentum into your system. It includes an architecture review, implementation, and 1 year of founding partner SaaS pricing. Delivered in 5 business days.
What is evidence custody?
Evidence custody means Evidentum stores your file with tamper-proof guarantees for the full retention period, maintaining a verifiable chain of custody. Long-term tiers (R3–R5) use S3 Object Lock to prevent any modification or deletion. Custody is optional — you can also store files yourself and use the ATL receipt for offline verification at any time.
How much does evidence custody cost?
Custody is charged as a one-time flat fee per file, covering the entire retention period.

Do unused funds expire?
No, your balance does not expire as long as your account remains active. Balances on inactive accounts (no activity for 12+ months) may be forfeited per our Terms of Service.
Can I get a refund?
All prepaid balance is non-refundable. Refunds are only issued for billing errors or unauthorized charges. See our Refund Policy for details.
Are there volume discounts?
Notarization is a flat $0.10 per request regardless of volume. For high-volume enterprise custody needs, please contact us to discuss custom pricing.
